Anna Matamala, the third generation of a hospitality group with more than 90 years of history in Catalonia, embodies the soul and essence of WOW Food Experience. A passionate advocate of the slow-food movement, sustainable and local gastronomy, Anna has turned her love for comforting and transformative cuisine into a true life mission.
